Exhibition conditions

Read the conditions below carefully.

 

Exhibition's venue :

The series of exhibitions will take place in 2025 at the Inowrocław Museum, the Gutenberg Pelplin Biblical Museum and the Palace Vauxhall Gallery.

1. The Artists:

This exhibition will bring together the artists pre-selected by Master Carlos SABLON, during the Comparaisons exhibitions between 2021 and 2024.

 

2. Dates of the exhibition and the opening:

In 2025 (dates to be confirmed). All artists are invited to the opening. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the artist.

 

3. Paintings:

Two (2) mandatory paintings:

  • 1 large format between 110-130 cm wide and 150-195 cm long, on canvas in Oil or Acrylic.

  • 1 small format of 22x16 cm or 16x22 cm on canvas in oil or acrylic.

Supervision: Mandatory black nail cover, frame prohibited (Provide hanging material for the two paintings because there is no time to improvise on site)

All paintings must be signed by the artist with artist name and title of the painting on the frame. Tables not respecting these conditions cannot be accepted.

4. Theme:

Magic realism, surrealism, visionary art, new figuration.

 

5. Hanging:

The hanging will be carried out by the museum management.

 

6. Transport:

Transport is planned for a rate of €100 for the Paris-Poland trip, and €100 for the Poland-Châlons-en-Champagne trip.

Departure for Poland will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the closing of the Salon Comparaisons.

Under special conditions, artists may also drop off or send their paintings to the Atelier de Carlos Sablon, before January 20, 2025.

7. Insurance:

The insurance of the paintings for transport and during the exhibition is the responsibility of the Artist. The InowrocÅ‚aw Museum, the Gutenberg Pelplin Biblical Museum, the Palace Vauxhall Gallery and the Visionirique Étrange Group decline all responsibility in the event of theft, fire or any other damage.

 

8. Sale:

During the exhibition, the paintings will be offered at the public price.

The delivery costs will be borne by the buyer. Negotiations may not exceed 15% of the public price mentioned in the application. The museum takes 30% of the sale.

 

9. Reproduction rights:

The artists will not claim reproduction rights or royalties for the work reproduced in the media covering the event.

The artist will send a high-resolution photo (300dpi) of the large and small format via the application form no later than December 20, 2024.

 

10. Cost of participation:

No participation fee.​
