Exhibition's venue :
The exhibition “Art Salons after the War – Groupe Visionirique Étrange” will take place in 2025, at the Museum of Fine Arts and Archeology in Châlons-en-Champagne.
1. The Artists:
This exhibition will bring together the artists pre-selected by Master Carlos SABLON, during the Salon Comparisons - Groupe Visionirique Étrange between 2021 and 2024.
2. Dates of the exhibition and opening:
In 2025 (dates to be confirmed). All artists are invited to the opening. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the artist.
3. Paintings:
Between one (1) and three (3) paintings already presented at the Salon Comparisons - Visionirique Étrange group between 2021 and 2024:
ONE form per painting (1 big and 1 small).

1 large format between 110-130 cm wide and 150-195 cm long, on Oil or Acrylic canvas in vertical format.

1 small format of 22x16 cm or 16x22 cm on oil or acrylic canvas.

Framing: Black nail cover required, frame prohibited (Provide hanging material for the two paintings)

All paintings must be signed by the artist with the artist's name and title of the painting on the frame. Paintings that do not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted.

4. Theme:
Magical realism, surrealism, visionary art, new figuration.
5. Hanging:
The hanging will be carried out by the museum management.
6. Transportation:
The deposit and withdrawal of the paintings are the responsibility of the artist. Under special conditions, artists will also be able to deposit or send their paintings to Carlos Sablon, at least 10 weeks before the exhibition date. The latter will carry out the deposit and withdrawal on their behalf, the insurance of the transport of the paintings being the responsibility of the artist. 7. Insurance:
Insurance of the paintings for transport and during the exhibition is the responsibility of the Artist. The Mused for Fine Arts and Archeology in Châlons-en-Champagne and the Visionirique Étrange Group decline all liability in the event of theft, fire, or any other damage.
8. Sale:
The total amount of the sale is sent directly to the artist. During the exhibition, the paintings will be offered at public price. The artist undertakes to donate 10% to the Visionirique Étrange Group. Delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Negotiations cannot exceed 15% of the public price mentioned in the application.
9. Reproduction rights:
Artists will not claim reproduction rights or royalties for the work reproduced in the catalog or in the media covering the event.
In order to appear in a possible catalog, the artist will send a high resolution photo (300dpi) of large and small format via the application form no later than March 10, 2024.
